Atrio Sheikh Zayed is a mixed-use development project located in 6th of October City, Egypt. It is part of the IWAN Developments portfolio and is designed to be a vibrant, mixed-use destination for the people of Egypt. The project will feature a variety of residential, retail and leisure offerings, including a shopping mall, cinema, restaurants, a wellness center, a sports complex and a mosque. The project is aiming to become a catalyst for economic and social progress in the region and is expected to be completed by 2021. The project is being developed by IWAN Developments, a joint venture between the UAE-based developer Al Qudra Holding and the Egyptian government.
